The WOODHEAD APP-ETH PCU PCU2000ETH provides operational versatility and fast, easy and accurate calibration.The Logix 3400IQ is compatible with any HART or Foundation Fieldbus Distributed Control System (DCS) and controls the position of single and double acting valve actuators with linear or rotary mounting. Suitable for a variety of applications including oil and gas and chemical processing, the Logix 3400IQ provides fast commissioning, calibration, adjustment and setup from a local user interface in approximately two minutes. All parameters in the user interface are automatically updated in the sensor block, eliminating the need to enter a function block to perform a simple travel calibration.

WOODHEAD APP-ETH PCU The PCU2000ETH features a low 9 VDC supply current and 45 psi (minimum) air supply for any valve/actuator platform, making Foundation Fieldbus installation simple and straightforward. On-board QUICK-CAL pushbuttons, DIP switches, Jog buttons, and variable gain selector allow easy configuration of valves and positioners. A flashing code list uses high visibility LEDs to display valve status updates and confirm calibration at a glance, allowing the user to easily determine if a valve or actuator is functioning correctly to quickly diagnose any problems. Tuning changes can be made on the 3400IQ without having to recalibrate the positioner, saving time and improving ease of use.
