WES5120 2340-21004

Built on the EtherCAT standard and supported by IntervalZero’s real-time 64-bit Windows operating system (RTOS), the WES5120 2340-21004 enables engineers to design, develop and deploy one or more machine control applications on a single industrial PC. Key industrial machine components include software-based motion control, machine vision, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and EtherCAT masters, which automatically discover any vendor’s EtherCAT drives, IOs, or devices and configure the EtherCAT environment at startup. This buffered data can withstand resets or power failures, ensuring that trend data is not lost, which is critical in applications or environments where long-term data trends need to be viewed.

The WES5120 2340-21004 features embedded oil seals to prevent leakage, epoxy paint on the inside and outside of the gearbox to prevent corrosion, and double bearing sets on both ends of the shaft. Gearboxes are designed to change drive direction by 90 degrees and can be mounted in any orientation except with the motor facing up; maintenance-free reducers do not require vent plugs or vent tubes IronHorse aluminium worm gearboxes are ideally suited for use with electric motors to reduce output speeds, increase torque, change drive direction, or run two loads from a single motor in applications such as conveyor belts, wrapping machines, and rotary tables. Extend real-time trend duration to seven days and use up to four pens per chart. Longer update rates allow users to construct trends to meet their specific needs, and trend data is now buffered.
