The quick and easy installation of the VMIVME2510B will produce a rapid return on investment by monitoring critical circuit activity in any facility. the Cooper InVision Downtime Reduction System is certified compliant by the Open Device Network Vendors Association (ODVA) and can transmit fuse and circuit breaker activity data to any device capable of receiving and processing Ethernet/IP communications, such as PLCs. This data can be used for any purpose the customer chooses, such as displaying fault status on an HMI. Ethernet/IP communications work in parallel with the Cooper InVision Command Centre.

When the VMIVME2510B transmits data to Ethernet/IP users, the Command Centre uses all of its downtime reduction features, including timely notification of open-circuit events via telephone text-to-speech, email, SMS text paging and fax. Historical data and all of the Command Centre’s enterprise-class reporting and analysis capabilities remain available through the Ethernet/IP integrated solution.The Cooper InVision Downtime Reduction System reduces unplanned downtime and improves productivity in industrial and commercial applications. It continuously monitors fuses and circuit breakers and provides immediate notification of open-circuit events caused by short circuits and overloads.
