VME-SSI AVMESSI

The VME-SSI AVMESSI features high isolation of 2,500 VDC, high speed frequency mode (5 Hz ~ 1 MHz) and 1 MHz counter code. In addition, it is equipped with an advanced digital filter that eliminates noise and interference (1 ~ 65,000ì sec.) to ensure accurate data collection and transmission.The ADAM-5081 features four counter modes (up/down, bi-directional, up, and A/B-phase modes) to accurately calculate the precise details of the data cells. Functionality allows easy and cost-effective expansion of the A2-PAC using additional fieldbuses or interfaces such as WLAN, Bluetooth, GSM modem or Firewire. the base unit meets even demanding requirements in terms of storage capacity and throughput.

The frequency mode of the VME-SSI AVMESSI supports up to eight channels to control a wider range of electromagnetic wave states under certain conditions. the ADAM-5081 supports four digital output channels that can be triggered by a preset counter value and observe the machine’s position encoder while performing position comparisons. Once the preset value is reached, the system requires a digital output signal to trigger the camera. The base unit is equipped with an Intel multi-core Atom or i-series CPU, so despite its compact size and fanless operation, performance is sufficient for the most demanding control and visualisation tasks. Typical PC interfaces such as CAN, RS232/485 and Gigabit Ethernet and USB can be used as additional communication interfaces.
