UFC921A101 3BHE024855R0101

UFC921A101 3BHE024855R0101 provides the rolling bearing parameters to the connected signal converter via cable as well as monitoring the preset limit values. The signals are then separated into different frequency ranges or the pulse peaks are evaluated for energy using spike energy (gSE). 4-20mA and 0-10V signals are transmitted via the analogue outputs to the PLC, Schaeffler box (controller) and lubrication unit. This closes the loop between monitoring and automatic lubrication. The drives offer a choice of continuous power outputs up to 90 A and peak outputs up to 120 A. Each of the nine power levels can be selected from four different combinations of continuous/peak output levels and times, offering a great deal of scope for matching the drive performance to a particular application – including extended lifecycle operation in a 24/7 environment.

UFC921A101 3BHE024855R0101 Determine the variation and deviation from the ideal nominal value by mounting the piezoelectric accelerometer on a steel saddle plate on the rail bracket. The accelerometer is suitable for use in coolant and harsh contaminated environments. The permanently attached two-wire individually shielded cable is completely encased in polyurethane. The sensors have a sensitivity of 100mV/g, a resolution of 0.001g and a frequency range of 5,000 to 50,000Hz for measuring energy spikes. The drive can be configured via software for EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP or PowerLink-based systems. The drive also supports many different forms of feedback, including incremental with different output formats.
