The TRICONEX 4119A uses non-steady state (NSS) modeling innovations to provide end users with significant technical and economic advantages when tuning dynamic processes. The software accurately models and quickly tunes PID controllers in a wide variety of industrial applications, including process startup and commissioning.The D/3 Loop Optimizer integrates seamlessly with NovaTech’s D/3 DCS and can be launched directly from the D/3 operator’s console. It automatically recognizes the configuration parameters of the relevant PID controller, simplifying the collection and analysis of dynamic process data. The software is an upgrade to the D/3’s current tuning capabilities and can be used with any D/3 system!
