The 3201 module’s A/D inputs are independently selectable via software in the 0-5V, 0-10V, ±5V, and ±10V ranges and can be configured to measure 0-20mA current loops. The A/D channel has a 5MHz bandwidth track/hold and 100ksps throughput. The module’s D/A channel can be jumper-selected independently for 0-5V or 0-10V output ranges. The eight digital inputs are rated from 5-30VDC and provide 300V external isolation, while the SeaDAC MIO-26’s eight open collector outputs are ideally suited for switching 24V devices commonly found in industrial control applications.

3201 improves service levels and reduces inventory. New customers can also purchase the complete 9900-1BC Batch Controller System, which includes the 9900 Transmitter (second generation), Batch Module and Relay Module for factory-configured solutions. Features include the ability to save up to 10 batch sizes to batch or mix various liquid volumes, customisable batch names to easily differentiate between batches, enter a different K-factor for each batch, a confirmation function to prevent accidental batch start-ups, a manual batch function for “topping up”, an override batch size function, and a batch count indicator. The 9900 has a large (3.90″ x 3.90″) auto-sensing backlit display with 4-5 times the viewing distance of other transmitters.
