TK-FPDXX2 Among the new accessibility features, the Object Layer List window displays all objects on the active screen and allows the user to lock/unlock, hide/unhide objects or quickly select them for editing. It also allows access to individual objects in groups without having to ungroup them and contains additional lists of hidden, locked or overlapping objects. The recipe function allows access to a database of 99 recipe tables, each with 1000 recipes and 256 possible labels or values per recipe, which can now be modified and saved on-the-fly while the machine is running.

The TK-FPDXX2 offers a built-in web server that allows users to monitor and control the application from a PC, tablet or smartphone. SMS and email alerts provide advance warning of process problems, helping to avoid costly downtime. In addition, a protocol conversion feature allows programmers to select 13 or more synchronized protocols from a list of more than 300 to seamlessly integrate different devices such as PLCs, drives, bar code readers and panel meters. Modules are programmed using Red Lion’s Crimson software and plug easily into Graphite HMIs, providing a space-saving solution and simplifying installation.
