The SW1-31 ECS1737-3 connects via Ethernet to virtually any industrial asset – including PC-based, PLC-based and even older relay logic type machines. Using algorithms based on the AMT standard and the equivalent European VDI standard 3423, the software divides time into six distinct areas: plant shutdown, scheduled downtime, delayed time, maintenance time, off-cycle processing time, and on-cycle time.All categories in each report generated by Freedom eLog are colour-coded. Below the main navigation, real-time calculations show the time spent in each of the six categories. Industry-leading Ethernet protocols such as EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET IO and MODBUS TCP are fully supported. in addition, the integrated OPC UA protocol allows simultaneous access to data from the PLC and via the OPC UA client from the connected smart device, enabling a reliable, continuous and transparent flow of data from the sensors to the cloud-based system.
