Detailed content

SCXI-1124

The SCXI-1124 is equipped with an integrated web server that displays diagnostic information and provides access to configuration parameters. The high-density male interface module is used in conjunction with WAGO’s 737-109 triplex terminal blocks to provide efficient control-level connections for electromechanical devices. 26-pin D-Sub interface modules offer direct integration with 1-to-1 pin contacts for correct signal transmission and distribution. The modules are all equipped with ROEQ Assist software for fast and consistent setup and are safety compliant. The ROEQ Pusher solution, which will be released later this year, increases the payload capacity of the MD Series. The modules are designed for long-range data transmission; the 902-928MHz units have a range of up to 30 miles, while the 2.4-2.4835GHz units have a range of up to 15 miles. Range can be extended indefinitely by using multiple WNM units as repeaters to relay signals.

The SCXI-1124 features multi-protocol plug-and-play functionality, and FEN20 units with digital inputs and outputs can be used immediately in PROFINET, Modbus TCP, or Ethernet/IP systems. The device detects the protocol used by listening to the communication traffic during the start-up phase. The devices are available in two different designs. The small 4DIP-4DXP measures only 55×62.5×30 mm and fits into small control boxes, control panels or other existing enclosures, and can also be retrofitted to make push buttons and LEDs quickly Ethernet-ready. The large 16DXP model measures 57x152x47 mm and is designed for the same type of application, providing up to 16 I/O. As a DXP model, it can be used as either an input or an output. The module also divides the I/O signals into three separate potential groups that are isolated from each other – for safe shutdown – and can be centrally controlled.
