SCXI-1100

The SCXI-1100 Intel-based embedded box PC platform is equipped with a variety of I/O interfaces, including two RS-232/422/485 ports, two RS-232 ports, two USB 3.1 Gen2 ports, two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, three Gigabit Ethernet ports with Intel® Ethernet Controller I211-AT and Intel® Ethernet Connection I219-LM with iAMT support), an 8-channel TTL port, two lockable HDMI ports, a VGA port, an audio port, and four SMA-type antenna openings. It helps reduce inventory, control budgets and increase raw material turnover. When customisation is required, the EMS-CDV series of IET expansion modules supports any level of customisation according to consumer requirements.

The SCXI-1100 supports a 204-pin DDR3 SODIMM with up to 4GB of DDR3 800/1066 SDRAM. Rich I/O deployment includes one VGA, one LAN, one SIM card slot, one replaceable 2.5-inch drive bay, one 12-bit GPIO, one SMBUS, two COMs, two PS/2s (for KB and MS), three SMA-type antenna openings. (for KB and MS), 3 USB, and 2 removable antenna mounts. The EMS-CDV series is a scalable and modular ruggedised system that allows the user to choose the CPU and chipset according to the application requirements or budget control (ODM projects are available). The EMS-CDV series is flexible for future I/O expansion and upgrades through daughter boards connected to IET expansion modules via sockets. System stability and environmental resistance can be improved. It has passed industrial product quality test certifications, including vibration (continuous vibration) resistance up to 5 Grms and shock resistance up to 50 Grms. It can also withstand industrial operating environments in the -10 to +60°C temperature range.
