REL561 1MRK002496-AC

The REL561 1MRK002496-AC Advanced Device Connectivity Server uses General Electric’s Service Request Transfer Protocol (SRTP) to provide real-time, configurable retrieval and write access from the Odd Fellows software to General Electric. To communicate with GE’s Series 90 products, VERSAMAX and PAPC Systems, SRTP in the new Wizards servers is hierarchical. They also support simultaneous connection of multiple client nodes, enabling users to easily extend their existing supervisory HMI, SCAD, and production and performance management applications. MagicSoft da Server integrates advanced functionality through a user interface that facilitates local, remote, fast and hot configuration changes. Users can add new devices and nodes to the network without going offline.

REL561 1MRK002496-AC With these features and support for runtime changes and robust server diagnostics, the DAS server simplifies system maintenance and management. Migrating to the enhanced DAD Server is a simple and seamless process. Tim Black said, “For those who currently use Wonderware’s DAS Server for GE I/O, migrating to the enhanced DAP Server is simple, utilizing GE’s SRTP.” Wonderware Device Integration Manager.” Users simply import a configuration file into the DAD server interface software and they are up and running. This new DAS server is the latest addition to the Sigma family of DAS server products and is designed to provide customers with the ability to more tightly integrate devices and control networks, reducing the amount of configuration required for device communication.
