The PPC380AE02 HIEE300885R0102 controller has a wide range of process outputs including two SPDT relays for direct control of mains powered pumps, valves or alarms, and an open-collector transistor is provided for connection to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Building Management System (BMS), or for indirect drive of other valves or pumps via external relays. An RS485 serial communications port is also included for remote monitoring. The relay and transistor outputs can be independently assigned to respond to any leak or leak within a group of sensors. Alternatively, they can be assigned to fault conditions. The controller is equipped with low voltage circuit breakers and thermal overload relays to protect motor branch circuits from overload or phase loss in the event of a short circuit. As a single integrated unit, the MMP-T32 provides safer wiring and motor protection than standard motor starters.

The power supply for the PPC380AE02 HIEE300885R0102 provides high performance and reliability without all the added features of higher cost full-featured power supplies. The power supply features removable finger-safe terminals, output voltage status LEDs, conformal-coated circuit boards, and is approved for Class 1 Zone 2 hazardous locations. Available in stainless steel shielded housings, NPN or PNP models with normally open or normally closed outputs, and standard sensing distances from 0 to 70 mm, the M-Series sensors are IP65/IP67 or IP68/IP69K rated with built-in overload protection.
