The PP846A 3BSE042238R2 series generators are compact in design, 15% smaller than its predecessor, the S8000 series, and are built around a 5″ colour Human Machine Interface (HMI) touch screen. The user-friendly HMI eliminates the old analogue push-button settings and features a wider range of precise digital settings.The GCX series offers fully variable power control, enabling the user to change the cavitation intensity from 20% to 100%, and a power modulation mode that automatically quadruples the purge power. Sweep mode varies cavitation intensity to eliminate standing waves and achieve even small or complex part characteristics. It replaces the fixed “high/low” sweep setting and allows the user to select a sweep bandwidth from 1% to 100%.

The PP846A 3BSE042238R2’s GCX Alarm Display puts an end to time-consuming alarm code searches by displaying plain-text alarms on the HMI screen, prompting the user to select and view plain-language alarm messages, troubleshooting tips, and resolution procedures. The alarm system also includes a complete log of recent alarms, and all HMI text messages are available in multiple languages – English, Chinese and Japanese. Process monitoring is further simplified by a power graph display that continually tracks the generator’s power consumption, enabling quick identification of any sudden changes that may affect ultrasonic output or cleaning performance. Together, these features simplify monitoring and reduce the need for paper documentation and technical support calls.
