PP826 3BSE042244R1 has improved accuracy specifications for its line of precision accuracy controllers and intelligent digital pressure modules ranging from vacuum pressure to 1,000 psi (70 bar). The improved accuracy specification is 0.01 per cent of reading from 30 per cent to 100 per cent FS. Additel offers a variety of ranges with improved specifications for both the controllers and pressure modules. Each unit is supplied with an ISO17025 NVLAP accredited calibration certificate and data.ABB offers a wide range of controllers up to 3,000 pis (200 bar). For pressure ranges greater than 1,000 psi (70 bar), accuracy will continue to be 0.005% FS + 0.005% RD. The Additel family of digital pressure sensors ranges from ±1 in H2O (2.5 mbar) to 60,000 psi (4,200 bar). Modules are designed for installation in Class I, Zone 2 hazardous locations and are highly immune to ambient noise common in heavy industrial environments.

The PP826 3BSE042244R1 module provides 20 isolated SPST latching relay output channels switchable between 2A at 30V and 0.4A at 150V. Each channel has a contact status readback feature to verify physical output status. The relays can be controlled individually or in groups and have user configurable default output states that are set at power-up, power-down and module reset to ensure fail-safe operation. Other features of the module include advanced output functions, user-defined logical polarity and faster switching times. Field output connections are made via high-density spring-cage terminals. In the event of a module power failure, backup power is stored and used for predictable shutdown to a user-defined relay state. Output-to-bus isolation is 1500Vrms, and each individual channel can withstand continuous overloads of up to 150Vrms in the event of an unintentional wiring error. 150Vrms channel-to-channel isolation allows the module to control devices with or without a common signal ground or different devices with multiple reference potentials.
