PDD500A101 3BHE037649R0101 3BHE037650P201

The PDD500A101’s CPU is a direct replacement for the CPU in the 3335 RTU and 3331 I/O chassis, allowing customers to easily remove existing CPUs and communication cards and replace them with new ControlWave architecture cards. The new CPUs support all commonly used analogue, discrete and counter I/O cards, as well as modems and radios currently installed in RTUs. Communication compatibility is maintained by using the BSAP and Modbus protocols as well. Reduces conversion effort by up to 80% The ControlWave architecture offers several advantages over the existing 3335/3331, including increased compatibility with industry standards such as IEC 61131-3 programming, Ethernet, IP and FTP communications, support for 56-bit encrypted username/password secure logins and multiple user access levels.

The PDD500A101 provides a low-cost, reliable, high-quality solution for your positioning control needs, and the SureStep series includes four standard motors and one “one-size-fits-all” stepper motor driver. These motors have holding torques from 83 oz-in to 434 oz-in in NEMA size 17, 23, or 34 frames and can handle a variety of automation applications including woodworking, assembly, and test machines. The motors operate at 2.8 A per phase (size 17 motors use 2.0 A). Their square frame style produces high torque and allows the motors to achieve the best torque-to-volume ratio. All four motors come with connectors for easy attachment. It also offers faster actuation speeds, lower power consumption, and a larger, more flexible memory model.
