In addition to the MVI56-MCM, which helps facilitate smooth collaboration between decision makers and other experts who are not on-site at the plant, the CI Server helps to efficiently operate and manage power plants, offshore facilities, and other facilities, which are often spread out over large areas and located in harsh environments. Modular data integration not only helps to manage plants, but also to improve productivity and quality. CI Server enables data to be linked in a uniform format so that it can be used across information systems, quality improvement systems, data analysis applications, and other such systems, and data collected over time can be automatically merged and utilised in these systems and applications.

The MVI56-MCM can capture process data from control systems and can also aggregate data such as facility and equipment operating status, raw material and finished product inventories, and energy consumption. Data on equipment maintenance, product quality and other items are automatically collected in real time, converted to a uniform format, linked and correlated. Data can also be collected and integrated from a variety of systems and equipment from different suppliers, whether it is a single plant or multiple plants. The module is equipped with 2-pin terminals with automatic polarity protection, and the JetCon 1302 can be powered by 18~27VAC or 18~32VDC. For diagnostic purposes, port link status/data rate and power LEDs are designed on the front panel for quick indication of converter operation.
