The LSP086388-001 is a platform for collecting and processing data to provide operators with the correct data and analysis to determine the health of the machine. It is designed as a machine monitoring system with built-in cybersecurity and built-in data diodes that enable secure one-way data transfer from the equipment to the Bently Nevada Machinery Management Software System 1 for proactive monitoring and diagnostics. The platform is SIL 2 and 3 certified, API 670 compliant, and meets industry safety and performance standards.

The LSP086388-001 series offers 80 data channels.The Orbit 60 series can be rack-based or distributed and is expandable with modular remote I/O systems. Its scalable architecture enables it to connect to a wide range of assets, from highly critical machinery to general purpose machinery in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, power generation, renewable energy, steel, pulp and paper, and general industry. Featuring an 800MHz CPU and 82MB of project memory, it includes (2) serial ports, USB 2.0 Type A and Type B ports, an internal SD memory card slot, and an Ethernet port. The Ethernet 10/100 Base-T port supports program downloads, remote Internet access, and communication with PLCs and PCs.
