IS215UCVEH2AE VMIVME-7614-132

IS215UCVEH2AE VMIVME-7614-132 The controller includes up to eight analogue, ten digital and six pulse inputs. Four 1A digital outputs are provided to activate lights, valves, brakes, or other accessories. The SBL2360 accepts commands received from RC radios, analogue joysticks, wireless modems, PLCs, or microcomputers. Using the CAN bus, up to 127 controllers can be networked together on a twisted pair at speeds of up to 1 Mbit/s. The modules feature intelligent current sensing that automatically limits each power supply output to 30A under all load conditions, and two channels can be connected to drive a single motor up to 60A. The controller also includes thermal, stall and short circuit protection. The controller supports regenerative braking, allowing the battery to recharge during robot deceleration.

The IS215UCVEH2AE VMIVME-7614-132 controller incorporates a variety of safety features to ensure safe operation. Basic language scripts can be used to automate and customise the controller’s operation. The two channels of the controller can be operated independently or in combination to set the direction and rotation of the vehicle by coordinating the motors on both sides (similar to the steering of a tank). The motors can be operated in open or closed loop speed or position mode with a 1 kHz update rate. Speed and distance travelled can be measured using the motor’s rotor sensor or with high accuracy. Controller operation can be optimised using nearly 80 configurable parameters, such as programmable acceleration or deceleration, amperage limits, operating voltage ranges, I/O usage and more.
