The IS200VTURH2BAC provides image filters and control parameters to improve the readability of poorly printed codes as well as codes printed on plastic or metal surfaces using laser/chemical etching, inkjet or dot peen marking methods. Includes grading algorithms to verify the quality of decoded symbols against ISO/IEC and AIM industry standards. As with earlier models, the BOA Spot ID combines the BOA vision system with integrated LED illumination, lens cap and software. Digital linearisation is based on 4th degree polynomials for very high linearity and absolute positioning accuracy. Optional Dynamic Digital Linearisation (DDL) firmware eliminates phase lag and dynamic non-linearity at high operating frequencies.

The IS200VTURH2BAC offers a choice of digital high-speed interfaces such as SPI, Ethernet and USB (as well as legacy RS-232) in addition to three additional high-resolution analogue inputs. Low-noise 20-bit DAC and ADC converters provide high resolution and stability. Four integrated piezoelectric power amplifiers with outputs ranging from -30 to +130V are on-board, as well as circuitry for capacitive feedback sensors, piezoresistive sensors, and conventional strain gages. Digital servos provide PID control with two programmable trap filters for higher bandwidth by suppressing mechanical system resonance. A data logger for high-speed tracking, ID chip compatibility for fast startup, and the ability to swap system components without recalibration are also included. The controller offers extensive software support for LabVIEW and shared libraries for Windows and Linux.
