IS200TREAH2AED

The IS200TREAH2AED unit can have up to two process controllers, which can be operated in simplex mode or in optional redundancy mode. No additional engineering is required to make the system redundant. The standard T2550 control and I/O backplane can also accommodate up to 16 I/O cards. These cards can be replaced in the field under power without disturbing field wiring or other I/O. Like other members of the Foxboro A2 product family, the T2550 controller supports a wide variety of analog and digital I/O types in a high-density package. The module allows customers to extend the flexibility of MicroLogix 1100, 1200 and 1400 controllers by adding the ability to monitor rotary and linear applications. The use of Rockwell Automation Enabled Technology ensures that the 7160 Series modules are 100% compatible with the Allen-Bradley 1762 MicroLogix I/O.

IS200TREAH2AED system controllers can be mixed and matched as needed, using highly flexible licensing strategies to meet specific control and pricing requirements. Users pay only for the features they need today and can upgrade at any time without cost penalty. Redundant processors with automatic switchover, redundant power supplies and redundant network connections can be specified for each controller. Control policies are configured graphically using the IEC-61131 tool. A library of pre-built function blocks is also available to speed application development. The modules are mounted on the right side of the controller.The AMCI 7161 and 7162 SSI modules provide up to 32-bit resolution with a choice of binary or Gray code data formats. The resolution is limited only by the SSI sensor resolution and provides the user with scaled data, actual SSI data, or velocity data.
