The IS200ISBBG2AAB is a flexible conveyor solution that can be easily adapted to new requirements. Interroll’s new material flow solution for system integrators and plant engineers fulfils the following objectives: The corresponding LCP-based belt conveyor can be easily assembled from factory pre-assembled and predefined modules without any engineering work and can be quickly and safely put into operation by means of an autonomous machine control system without the need for an additional programmable logic controller (PLC). However, depending on customer requirements and applications, it is also possible to connect to an external PLC with user-specific programming.

The IS200ISBBG2AAB can handle uphill or downhill slopes, and is driven by compact and energy-efficient drum motors with an efficiency of more than 85 per cent, keeping energy consumption and energy costs very low. Using Interroll’s popular Layouter tool, it is very easy and convenient to plan and assemble fully modular systems on a PC monitor. This significantly shortens the project delivery cycle and reduces the necessary workload for the system integrator. In addition, predefined module sizes in different lengths and widths create optimum conditions for fast production and delivery.
