Higher than expected air flow during production also indicates the presence of a leak and triggers a user-defined alarm. Eliminating leaks not only saves energy, but also brings the compressed air system back up to specification, ensuring high quality machine operation, optimum production and greater overall plant efficiency. The modules are not only suitable for new machines, but can also be easily retrofitted to older machines thanks to simple connections. In addition to the data, users can access and modify the configuration directly or remotely from any OPC-DA or OPC-UA compliant device or software without additional hardware or software.

The HC422B N-300 actively monitors the condition of the pneumatic system in real time. This feature gives plant operators access to up-to-date energy and process-related data as well as comparative data over time. Flow, air consumption and pressure values are all available. The data helps personnel to determine historical trends in consumption, air consumption per batch, as well as pressure and flow rates in the event of malfunctions or poor product batches.The HC422B N-300 combines an encryption methodology with a secure hardware, software, or cloud element, where the encryption keys, as well as licensing and authorisation rights, are stored securely.
