The GD9924BE V2 HIEE401091R0002 is a complete motion control solution that integrates controller, drive, and PLC functionality into one compact unit. The drive is capable of controlling brushless DC, brushless AC (vector control), brush DC and stepper motors with up to 144 W continuous power (36 V, 4 A). The iPOS3604 with CAN interface operates flexibly under the CANopen and TMLCAN protocols. The EtherCAT interface can be used with an additional EtherCAT module. These heavy-duty rotary sensors offer a total measuring range of up to 30 bits with 16 bits per turn and 12 or 14 turns.

The GD9924BE V2 HIEE401091R0002 provides a simple graphical way to create motion programs written in TML. It automatically generates all TML instructions, so you don’t have to learn and write any TML code. By embedding complex motion sequences in TML functions and then executing them from the host computer using simple commands, you will be able to split the functionality of the machine between the host computer and the iPOS drive. iPOS3604 VX is able to automatically report when the execution of these functions is complete. The encoder is available in single-turn and multi-turn versions for any application.
