FOXBORO RH924WA

FOXBORO RH924WA provides data collection software for automated direct control systems and WUplCS. Prior to Data Vox, it was necessary to purchase an OPC/DDE server, write code or purchase a Human Machine Interface (HMI) package for the program to collect data from our PLCS/WPLCS. The Data Vox software package easily connects your Ethernet-enabled Direct Programmable Logic Controller (PLCS) or WWplCS to a stand-alone PC or web server for simple data logging. This means that any PC or server on the network can collect valuable PLC/WINPC data without the need for special PC programming or any third-party HMI, SCAD or DAQ software applications. The DataGrass is easy to install and use, and is affordable.

The FOXBORO RH924WA is used to control rotary and linear servo motors, linear motors, closed-loop vector motors and V/Hertz control modes. The embedded Mint LITE capability supports a range of basic motion planning requirements including execution of relative and absolute motions, S-Lap profiles, jogging and seeking motions, changing target position on the fly, registering movements, and reacting to real-time trigger events. Programming facilities allow stand-alone drives to provide solutions for many common automation and machine tasks such as cutting or long feeds, indexing axes, simple selection and positional movements, machine adjustments such as changing guidance or support to reconfigure a new batch of machinery. This capability is widely needed in many manufacturing and processing sectors, including food and beverage, packaging, pharmaceuticals, electrical and electronic equipment, printing and wood/metal processing.
