FBM232 P0926GW

The FBM232 P0926GW Intelligent Leak Detector Controller is equipped with an LCD and three pushbutton switches that allow the user to access the options menu and select from a variety of programmable functions. During normal operation, the display shows the status of the system or the identity of any leaks. The controller can be powered from AC or DC mains (120-240VAC) or low voltage (10-24V). The Smart Leak Sensor is housed in an IP65 rated ABS enclosure and has a pair of stainless steel sensing probes protruding from the bottom. The sensors are daisy-chained and connected using a 4-conductor cable which also provides power to the sensors.

The FBM232 P0926GW controller has a variety of process outputs including two SPDT relays for direct control of mains powered pumps, valves or alarms, and an open collector transistor is also provided for connection to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Building Management System (BMS), or for indirect drive of other valves or pumps via external relays. An RS485 serial communications port is also included for remote monitoring. The relay and transistor outputs can be independently assigned to respond to any leakage or leakage within a group of sensors. Alternatively, they can be assigned to fault conditions. The High Performance Series has been engineered to withstand harsh operating environments. The High Performance Series has been tested and proven to provide reliable sensing in applications with operating voltages from 10 to 48 volts direct current (Vdc) and temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.
