To prevent accidental adjustments, the thumbwheel is recessed into the housing and can be adjusted with a screwdriver. The FBM214 handles voltages from 24 to 240 volts AC and DC. Some models are equipped with a remote potentiometer connection for time adjustment. All units are equipped with LEDs to indicate function. Time ranges from fractions of a second to hundreds of hours. For example, the FBM214 has a timing range from 0.1 seconds to 300 hours, with instantaneous and delayed contacts and 16 functions, all integrated in the same unit.The FBM214 is used to switch the motor from star-start mode to delta mode with an adjustable time delay. Switching between 2 supply voltages is possible. All units have highly visible dials for displaying the time reference and the time period, which can be read from the front and from the side.
