The F8627X utilises the controller’s embedded USB and serial ports, allowing machine builders to quickly program the controller and link it to Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and other serial devices, ultimately helping to minimise selection and installation time and reduce the total cost of ownership for the end user. Micro800 controllers offer a variety of plug-in modules for analogue/digital I/O, communications and extended memory. Plug-in modules allow machine builders to personalise the controller to increase functionality without expanding the product footprint. The router communicates seamlessly with PLCs and HMIs over a LAN and allows remote connectivity from anywhere using a simple laptop, tablet or smartphone.
