The EMERSON KJ4001X1-BE1 provides superior performance while reducing footprint and cost. Ideal for machine automation, including motion controllers, drives, power supplies and high-speed PLCs in 9″, 11″ and 19″ units. The integrated general purpose amplifiers can directly drive any stepper (in open or closed loop servo sinusoidal commutation), DC brush, DC brush, or AC induction motor (as a closed loop servo with sinusoidal commutation) from 100 watts up to 5 kilowatts, using standard digital quadrature or analog SIN/CO encoders. The M4U’S integrated architecture utilizes a dedicated servo processor on the controller board to provide real-time servo control of each axis, including position, velocity, current servo loops and sinusoidal communications.
