The EI813F 3BDH000022R1 is intended for use in automation and PLC-based applications and features inputs for tool enable and disable and outputs for cycle completion. In addition, the power supply offers high and low speed settings to provide 0-10V outputs for operation with PLCs, digital indicators, A/D converters, computer-based data processors, and QC data collection systems.The SE 750 Series General Purpose DC LVDTs utilize the built-in electronics to provide the functionality required of an AC-powered LVDT with the convenience of DC inputs and outputs. The EI813F 3BDH000022R1 has a maximum linearity error of less than or equal to ±0.25% of FSO, and is available with an optional ±0.10% FSO.The operating temperature range is 0°F to 160°F (-20°C to +70°C). The unit operates with 24V DC nominal, 15-24V DC +10%, or 30 mA nominal inputs and provides full-scale outputs from 0 to 10V DC over the sensing range.The SE Series 750 LVDT is a single-ended LVDT with a sealed axial connector that prevents the core from passing completely through the coil assembly. The through-hole design allows the sensor core to be accessible from both ends for better mechanical support and core guidance, as well as to promote hole cleaning. The stainless steel housing acts as a magnetic shield to minimize the effects of external AC magnetic fields. Sealing is in accordance with IEC standard IP-62 To enhance environmental protection, the SE 750 LVDT is available with an optional Teflon® hole liner and metric threaded core.
