Detailed content

DS200DCFBG1BLC

The DS200DCFBG1BLC provides an LED to monitor AS-Interface communications. The LED also indicates AS-Interface voltage and external power. The IP65-protected G4 node has input wires that can be cut to exact lengths in the field and vibration-resistant, cage-type, tension-spring terminals for I/O connections, making it an excellent choice for harsh field conditions. 2- and 3-wire sensors as well as mechanical contacts can be connected to the inputs, and the sensors are powered by the module. It includes 16 channels of relays, 16 channels of isolated digital inputs, 8 channels of analogue inputs and 2 event counters. The analogue input channels have 12-bit resolution, voltage ranges of 5V, 10V and 20V, and current input ranges of 4-20mA. 2 of the 8 channels can be used as current inputs or 0-5VDC voltage inputs.

DS200DCFBG1BLC communication monitoring is integrated into the module – in the event of a bus fault, the monitoring system cuts off the output current. the KE switch cabinet module is IP20 protected and has a thin 22.5 mm housing to minimise cabinet space requirements. The module can be installed quickly and easily by snapping onto 35 mm DIN rails and includes keyed, removable, colour-coded terminals for all electrical connections. To avoid incorrect exchange of electrical connections, the input and output terminals are mechanically coded. The isolated digital inputs have two modes of operation. They can utilise the internal optoisolator power supply to support dry contacts, logic devices and PNP/NPN sensors, or they can use an external power supply in the 5 to 40 volt range.
