The sensing principle of the 8521-LC-MT series transmitters is based on differential pressure, which ensures extremely fast response times (less than 10 milliseconds) and accurate flow measurement. Available in three flow ranges up to 27 GPM, the transmitters feature a 4-20 mA analog output with 4-pin M12 quick disconnect fittings and are available with ¾” or 1″ FNPT process connections. The integrated check valve design allows for vertical or horizontal mounting of the sensor. The Transfer Data Highway Plus cable allows you to connect the USB port on your computer to a DH+ network by connecting directly to the AB Blue Hose or the 8-pin Din connector on any SLC 5/04 or PLC-5 processor.
