The 5466-316 allows for fast, versatile field wiring. Both SeaI/O modules are housed in a rugged metal enclosure and are also available in board-only versions for easy integration into OEM systems. The modules have a standard operating temperature range of -25’Å∞C to 85’Å∞C, and are available with an extended temperature range of -40’Å∞C to +85’Å∞C. Both the SeaI/O-530 and SeaI/O-540 are powered by a 9- to 30VDC supply with a variety of options. SeaI/O-530 and SeaI/O-540 are both powered by 9-30VDC power supplies with a variety of Sealevel power options. The motherboard supports the IBASE IP413 COM Express ATX carrier board with Type 6 pin-out and 24-bit dual-channel LVDS I/O, four USB 3.0, four USB 2.0, and HD audio with the Realtek ALC662 codec.

The 5466-316 module features two DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM slots with 32GB of memory, a 0°C to +60°C operating temperature range, and Intel’s 9th generation HD graphics integrated on the SoC, providing 4K resolution via display interfaces such as DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, and LVDS. The available standard I/O set includes one Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 3.0 and eight USB 2.0 ports, two serial ports and two SATA III ports. The module also features an integrated Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) security feature, digital I/O, watchdog timer, and two COM and two SATA III ports. Expansion is available, including four PCI-E(1x) and one PCI-E(4x) with PCIe Gen 3 support, allowing faster connectivity on add-on cards and peripherals.
