The CPU of the 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E supports all commonly used analog, discrete and counter I/O cards, as well as modems and radios currently installed in the RTU. Communication compatibility is maintained by using the BSAP and Modbus protocols as well. To preserve program development using Bristol’s ACCOL language for most installed base owners, Ethernet transfers data up to 100 times faster than CANopen, and modules communicate more than 1000 times faster than RS-232 and RS-485. The number and type of devices that can share the network is virtually unlimited.

The 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E can detect and prevent motor stalls using Applied Motion’s proprietary stall prevention algorithm. Our auto-tuned digital current control provides smooth, quiet motion, while advanced electronically damped anti-resonance algorithms allow for maximum torque utilization, fast acceleration, and fast stabilization times. Software applications can communicate with the STM23 in real time using SCL and Q languages over standard 100 megabit Ethernet cables, addressing and protocols. The module provides two Profinet ports simultaneously via an integrated switch – 2kB (8-bit) dual-port Ram parallel API with 30ns access time – Asynchronous UART serial API with configurable baud rates of 19.2kbps – 625kbps
