3500/60

The 3500/60 can take advantage of the new enhanced BOSS functionality. As always, the FKI Logistex BOSS control system integrates seamlessly with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to exchange carton data, including planned, current, and actual routing information based on real-time and historical carton-specific data. No special information bridging system is required. Other BOSS features include the ability to add graphs, monitoring utilities and historical trends so that users can customise the controls to their specific application, while maintaining a common interface across all facilities and systems.

The 3500/60 installs and communicates easily through interface connections

Built-in RS-232, DB9 male and RS-232/RS-422/RS-485, DB25 female interfaces for PLC and other controller communications
Built-in Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, RJ45 interface for transferring screen data and communicating with PLCs and other controllers
Built-in USB host interface for transferring historical data and alarms, uploading firmware and applications, and connecting keyboard, mouse and printer
Built-in SD card slot for storing historical data and alarms
Built-in digital inputs and outputs (3 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs)
Built-in sound inputs and outputs (microphone input and speaker output)
