Detailed content

3200-1214-03

The 3200-1214-03 provides 8-point relay outputs, while the transistorized version provides 6-point discrete outputs (4 of which can be configured as pulse outputs) and 2-point 0-10VDC or 4-20mA analog outputs. The 3200-1214-03 supports up to two discrete or analog I/O Expansion Cards, with a variety of options available, including a 2-point RTD/thermocouple analog input version. All analog inputs and outputs are 12-bit resolution. The USB-A port supports flash drives for data logging, recipe and program transfer, as well as speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongles. The embedded Ethernet port provides users with remote maintenance and communication as well as easy access to Modbus TCP protocol and other smart devices. Built-in RS232C and RS422/485 serial communication ports support Modbus RTU and also allow the FT2J to communicate with other serial devices such as bar code readers or temperature controllers.

Configurations for the 3200-1214-03 are all accessible through IDEC’s standard WindOI-NV4 software, which is easy to use and intuitive, with a drag-and-drop interface and extensive image library. Projects can be automatically converted from one HMI size to another in seconds. both the HMI and PLC support script programming, PIDD loop control, multi-language capability, security, trend graphs, data logging, alarm logging and other functions and features. Modules can be used to create automation and IIoT solutions using a variety of communication options, including multiple industrial protocols, FTP protocols, remote monitoring and control, email/text messaging, iOS and Android apps, and custom web pages.
