Designed with convenience in mind, the 1756-IF16 comes standard with a clear, shatterproof plastic window so you can check the status of your PLCs, I/O card modules, and fuse blocks without having to open the panel door. It can be customized with a powder-coated or stainless steel finish, and optional windowless steel doors. The 1756-IF16 features a browser-driven setup utility that automatically recognizes all controller tags or registers. The interface in the utility supports dragging and dropping tag or register data from one controller screen to another. The utility also validates tag/register transactions between controllers. cATM High Performance Device Modules are installed in the Rockwell Automation ControlLogix PAC chassis and communicate with the following installed Allen-Bradley PLCs: CompactLogix, SLC 500, PLC-5, MicroLogix, and FlexLogix It also communicates with other PLCs, including Siemens S7 and Schneider Modicon Quantum It is compatible with the following Allen-Bradley data bridges: EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DH485, and DH+.
