The 086351-004 module provides advanced functionality for plant production, data acquisition, environmental monitoring, and facility monitoring applications.Designed for temperature data acquisition, the APAX-5013 offers high accuracy, recognises temperature information and detects wire burns with maximum and minimum default parameter settings, and can take action in the event of an RTD sensor failure.The APAX-5017H features 12 The APAX-5017H has 12 channels of high-density I/O points with a high sampling rate of 1,000 samples per second per channel. Each channel’s input type can be configured separately through different voltage and current ranges, including 0 to 500 mV, +-10 V, 0 to 10 V, 0 to 20 mA, and 4 to 20 mA. Channels can be configured for -5 to +5 VDC or -10 to +10 VDC operation, or scaled to be used anywhere within these operating ranges. The module provides ± 25,000 count resolution and 0.05% accuracy, 5 mV at 10 VDC and 2.5 mV at 5 VDC.

The increased density of the 086351-004 modules – in some cases up to eight times greater than standard four-channel SNAP modules – can reduce the system cost of the applications in which they are deployed by as much as 400 per cent, while at the same time reducing the amount of panel space required for those applications. These new I/O modules are used to connect and communicate with sensors, actuators, instrumentation and devices in industrial applications involving digital on/off control or analogue monitoring and acquisition of temperature, humidity, pressure, flow and other types of data. The modules offer ±25,000 count resolution and 0.05% (10 µA) accuracy.The SNAP-AIV-32 provides 32 analogue voltage input channels. Each channel can be configured for -5 to +5 VDC or -10 to +10 VDC operation, or scaled for use anywhere within these operating ranges.
