D20 EME

The D20 EME offers monochrome line rates up to 120 kHz, color line rates of 60 kHz x 3, and a resolution of 900 dpi, so defects can be detected with unprecedented accuracy. Its unique interlaced sensor design covers the entire field of view without losing pixels, providing a 100% seamless image without any interpolation. HDR imaging can be achieved using a double exposure mode for better detection of highly reflective materials and improved dynamic range. Provides a fully integrated, easy-to-use, cost-effective line-scan imaging solution that meets the requirements of space-constrained systems such as printing, printed circuit board and web inspection. It also eliminates the need for enterprise drivers, control system drivers and future upgrades for maintenance.

The D20 EME modules provide a powerful, simple and cost-effective way to support programs such as business intelligence, data warehousing, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, supply chain management and more. They can be set up in 60 minutes or less to configure specific plant floor devices using databases to execute commands, download/confirm batch recipes, create reports and alerts, and provide a variety of descriptions. xCoupler Modules eliminate the security, virus, and data integrity issues associated with complex PC-based, multi-tiered systems used to exchange plant floor data with business systems. The modular operating system is virtually impervious to security issues and virus attacks and provides excellent data accuracy and timeliness.
