The UNITROL 1010 3BHE035301R1002 has a Windows-based touch screen display separate from the control unit.The M80W integrates the latest operating systems and ultra-slim personal computers, including two expansion slots for 32GB SD cards, allowing OEMs and end users to add up to 64GB of memory for greater flexibility. Designed with automotive and semiconductor manufacturing in mind, the controllers enable nanoscale motion control and are designed to make the production line flexible enough to meet future demands. Fully synchronised motion control is achieved by interfacing with virtually any motor or encoder using EtherCAT and encoder communication protocols.

UNITROL 1010 3BHE035301R1002 The integrated multifunction I/O can be configured with TwinCAT 3 for other modes of operation, including the option of using fast counting or processing analogue values:
Counter mode: 1 x 100 kHz digital counter input, 1 x digital input as add/subtract counter, 2 x digital counter outputs
Incremental encoder mode: 2 digital inputs for 100 kHz encoder signals, 2 digital encoder outputs
Analogue signal mode: 2 digital inputs configured as analogue inputs 0…10 V, 12 bit
PWM signal mode: 2 digital outputs configured as PWM signals
