T1032-07C HIER466688P111 features high accuracy and low thermal error even during temperature fluctuations. Ambient operating temperatures range from -40°C to +105°C, and there is also a version rated up to +125°C. The DSK 720M is a cost-effective module designed for OEMs and machine builders, and can also be configured and programmed by the customer via an integrated interface. The output signal is a standard proportional voltage output, allowing the sensor module to be fully signal conditioned and compensated. There is an optional I2C interface for local bus configuration, enabling the user to communicate serially with the sensor. The system can be supplied with up to 16 segments, each with a maximum output current of 800 mA and an output voltage of 30 VDC, maximising the availability of individual segments. the DPC also features full current isolation between the diagnostic bus, the H1 segment outputs, and the high-capacity power supply.

The T1032-07C HIER466688P111 simply connects the module to a PC via the interface and then uses the menu-driven programming software to calibrate pressures, configure the start and end points of the pressure range, damping and offset adjustments. The sensor module operates from a very low supply voltage of 2.7…5.5VDC. Therefore, the module can be powered by a standard 3.6V lithium battery. 96% ceramic membranes come standard with the DSK 720M. A 99.9% ceramic membrane version is also available to provide the sensor module with improved protection against chemicals and other corrosive media. The system can be easily connected via standard Ethernet components, allowing segment diagnostics to be performed using existing Ethernet structures, making the length of the system and the number of HSE field devices virtually unlimited.
