The 5X00226G04 connects directly to the MT3809 flow meter. A single 2-wire bus connection conforming to the international FOUNDATION fieldbus standard provides power for the transmitter and communication access. The meter itself does not require power. Equipped with a 4-axis motion control PCIe card designed to meet the performance and positioning accuracy requirements of servo/stepper motors. The motion control card is equipped with a camera with integrated position comparison trigger for vision inspection applications. The system is equipped with a built-in 80-channel isolated digital I/O card for controlling and monitoring the switching of the surrounding digital signals and controlling alarm signals. Another model, the “MAI602-B”, has two slots (PCIe x8 and PCIe x4 slots) to accommodate different control cards.

The 5X00226G04 is a fanless system designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius in an airflow-free environment and is protected against accidental reverse polarity, overvoltage or undervoltage. The system’s I/O connectors and cable routing are located on the same side. Can be used as a common basis for connecting any signal and grouping it back to the controller. Individual I/O fittings can accept a wide range of signal types, including:

Digital relays
Analogue signal isolators with HART transparency
24, 120 or 240 V digital signals
2, 3 or 4-wire analogue signals
