The SB822 3BSE018172R1 module offers a powerful combination of high-current C-type outputs and optically isolated inputs that are ideally suited for a wide variety of applications, including process control, facility management, security, and broadcast automation.The SeaDAC PLC-16H offers eight SPDT high-current C-type relays that can directly switch loads of up to 6A at 250VAC and 100VDC. In addition, eight non-polarised inputs monitor 5-30VDC and provide optical isolation to protect host computers and other sensitive equipment from voltage transients and ground loops common in industrial environments. For connecting I/O, removable terminal blocks are standard for fast, flexible field wiring. The modules are equipped with multiple I/O connectors, including four SATA-600 interfaces with RAID 0/1/5/10, one Gigabit LAN port with Intel i219-LM controller, four USB 3.0 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, and four input/output DIO ports.

The SB822 3BSE018172R1 embedded module is equipped with dual DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM slots and supports up to 32GB of system memory. Its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C enhances resilience to harsh operating conditions. Integrated Intel® Gen 9 graphics with DX11/12, OCL 2.0 and OGL 4.3/4.4 support, Intel Xeon and Core-based computer modules deliver graphics performance up to 4K resolution. Three independent displays are supported via one LVDS, one VGA and two DDI ports (for HDMI, DisplayPort). System-level modules expand with one PCIe x16 slot and eight PCIe x1 slots, as well as LPC and SMB expansion buses. Supports Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM 2.0) for efficient hardware-based data protection.
