The 1.250-inch (31.8 mm) diameter LVCM-032-076-02 linear voice coil motor, also known as a moving coil motor, is ideal for: medical equipment, scanner and laser beam steering and filtering, workpiece holding and clamping, assembly, testing, laser processing and drilling, wafer handling, optical focusing, and dynamic vibration damping. Modules are available as complete plug-and-play systems including encoders and servo controllers.

The PCD231B101 3BHE025541R0101 motor controller is suitable for brushless DC motors and stepper motors with a peak power of 1050 W. The controller is rated at 6 A and does not require an additional heat sink. The motion controllers can be controlled via CANopen and Modbus RTU, or programmed for standalone operation and controlled via digital and analogue inputs.The CL4-E is designed for magnetic field orientation control via encoders, Hall sensors, or no sensors.The 58 V operating voltage provides additional safety for the tolerances of 48 V battery packs and power supplies.The CL4-E controllers can be Parameterised and programmed using Nanotec’s free Plug&Drive Studio software.
