The AI880-1 3BSE028587R1 is easily accessible through the rear cover of the unit, allowing the NR25 DeviceNet encoder to be quickly and easily configured for any PLC-based control system. In addition, all programmable parameters and preset offsets are stored in internal non-volatile memory.The NR25 DeviceNet end connector unit allows customers to use separate BUS IN and BUS OUT network connections, or a single BUS IN connection for “T” drop installations. The encoder is available in a variety of package options including flange mount, servo mount, solid shaft and hub shaft; and has two M12 connectors on the back for power supply and DeviceNet connectivity.The NR25 encoder is resolver based, which means it is designed to provide absolute position feedback without the need for a glass disc or sensitive LED element.
