USIO21

The USIO21 can create application code using the integrated CODESYS application editor and can display the technology modules used for this purpose using the 3D visualisation integrated in the PLC development system. In this way, the user has a kind of virtual laboratory that can provide valuable insights when performing automation tasks – without the need for costly mechanical constructions. CNC or robotics tasks can be designed in CODESYS together with the corresponding visualisations, and at the same time logically controlled.

USIO215 provides the right data and analyses to determine the health of the machine. It is designed as a machine monitoring system with built-in cyber security and built-in data diodes for secure one-way data transfer from the machine to the A-B Machine Management Software System 1 for proactive monitoring and diagnostics. The platform is SIL 2 and 3 certified, API 670 compliant and meets industry safety and performance standards.
