The IS220UCSAH1A makes it easy to migrate from one industrial Ethernet protocol to another. Supported protocols include EtherNet/IP, Modbus-TCP, and Profinet. an integrated web server in the NR60E2 facilitates changes to the network configuration. the NR60E2 features a built-in Ethernet switch and dual network ports for fault-tolerant networking; DLR for Ethernet/IP, and MRP for Profinet, which detects network disruptions and redirects network traffic to provide fault-tolerant networking; and DLR for Ethernet/IP, which detects network disruptions and redirects network traffic. and redirect network traffic to maintain communications and system uptime. The IS220UCSAH1A sensing electronics are encapsulated in a thermoplastic polyamide housing, while a separate activation magnet is located outside the sensor assembly. This modular construction results in a package diameter of 50 mm and a maximum thickness of 24 mm, enabling designers to integrate ACW4 and TCW4 sensors into new and existing systems. The overmoulded housing completely encapsulates the electronics and seals the cable entry from the elements, making this IP67 rated sensor a solution for robotic, industrial, manufacturing and material handling applications, which are often dusty or humid.
