330180-90-05 Portable Control Engines deliver high performance on a number of different platforms, allowing OEMs and end-users with diverse applications to select the precise control system hardware that best suits their needs. The Series 90-30 PLC is a family of controllers, I/O systems, and specialised modules designed to meet the demand for versatile industrial solutions. With its single, total control architecture, the Series 90-30 has become the PLC of record in more than 500,000 applications such as high-speed packaging, material handling, complex motion control, water treatment, continuous emissions monitoring, mining, food processing, lift control, injection moulding and more. Building on this foundation and Connect One’s iChip Internet controllers, the modules offer multiple hardware interfaces, extensive firmware and a full suite of secure Internet protocols for WiFi client mode and up to eight WiFi users in router or access point mode.

330180-90-05 dedicated communication system over RS422/485 networks, test set simulation of signals over TTL switching lines, and analysis of acquired data using special mathematical formulas such as those developed using MathWorks’ MatLab software. User applications can be downloaded directly to the FPGA via the JTAG port or IP bus. A range of features add flexibility and processing power. To meet memory requirements, 64K x 16 local static RAM is available under FPGA control, and the LVTTL external clock is also connected directly to the FPGA. a programmable PLL clock synthesiser can generate frequencies from 250kHz to 100MHz. The modules can also be used as standalone WiFi access points in locations where no WiFi infrastructure exists. Customers can use the modules to connect and manage their deployed field devices via standard WiFi devices such as iPhones, iPads, Android phones and other mobile phones and devices.
