The SDV144-S13 features a 600 MHz processor, 512 MB RAM and 1 GB of memory to handle multiple software applications (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.). A 1 GHz processor is also available for increased performance. Compared to conventional PCs, Rexroth’s IndraControl VEP is more affordable and, thanks to the Windows CE operating system, has lower memory requirements. Applications can be created using WinStudio configuration software, a visualisation module in the Rexroth IndraWorks software suite. the IndraControl VEP can also be used as a soft PLC with a Profibus Master. a version of the IndraControl VEP with a combined touch and button panel is available for machine operation. The SDV144-S13 reduces life cycle costs, reduces the frequency of sensor cap/solution changes, and reduces installation time for technicians. After hypochlorous acid (HOCl) diffuses through the membrane of the FCL sensor, it undergoes electrochemical reduction, releasing electrons and generating a current proportional to the concentration of free chlorine in the media outside the sensor. The low current output is then regulated to a direct 4-20 mA output. The FCL sensor operates over a pH range of 4-11, a temperature range of 0-45°C (32-113°F), and a maximum pressure of 14.7 psig (1 Bar.) The Sensorex FCL sensor is ideal for a wide variety of water applications such as municipal drinking water treatment, municipal wastewater, industrial plants, and commercial facilities.
