PFEA112-65 3BSE050091R65

The PFEA112-65 3BSE050091R65 module also collects ANSI/ISA-99, ISO/IEC, and NERC-CIP compliant data. Like many network devices, the Tofino Event Logger LSM can forward security event and alarm data to a central IT syslog server. Uniquely, if communications are lost or the syslog server is shut down, messages are stored locally for forwarding after the connection is repaired, or they can be offloaded to a USB storage device. The local storage capacity is large, with up to 20,000 events logged. In addition, the Tofino Central Management Platform server automatically backs up all records, providing triple protection against loss of critical data.

PFEA112-65 3BSE050091R65 supports PLC-to-PLC data transfer without message programming or ladder logic. The module is configured using a built-in web-based graphical configuration tool with easy-to-use, intuitive user prompts. Users can set up data transfers for up to 16 controllers in one location, and the module features 16 industrial-grade TTL/LVTTL digital I/Os and eight Type C electromechanical relay outputs. This combination of programmable inputs and outputs and dedicated relays gives system designers greater flexibility while controlling overall costs. The mini-module occupies only half the area of a PC/104 board, but has features close to those commonly found on larger board standards. The board is ideally suited for deployment in space-constrained applications and follows the shrinking single-board computer platform of VIA and other manufacturers with the Pico-ITXe standard.
